For SENGA – Oil Free Fryer SZG-26A
120 g of cooked chicken breast
1 egg
1 celery stalk
30 g of carrot
1 tsp of sugar
30 g of mushrooms
1/2 tsp of finely chopped ginger
1 tsp of corn starch
1 tsp of chicken stock powder
8 spring roll wrappers

1. Shred the chicken breasts into pieces.

2. Prepare the vegetables by slicing them into long, thin strips, namely the carrot, celery, and mushroom. In a bowl, place the shredded chicken, and the sliced vegetables and mix everything well.

3. After mixing everything together, it is time to season the mixture. Add the sugar, chicken stock, and ginger.

4. Adjust the measures to your liking. Stir the mixture to create the filling for your spring rolls.Whish one egg and add the corn starch to get a thick paste.

5.Preheat your SENGA oil free fryer to 180º C.Use the filling to stuff the spring roll wrappers, and roll them up.

6.Add the egg mixture to the ends so you can seal the rolls. If you want your rolls crispy, add a sprinkle of oil onto them.

5. Add the rolls into the air fryer basket and fry for 6 minutes.
